Selected as a Future Food representative, served menu creation from our Chickpea rice to leaders and the delegates from 21 ASIA-Pacific Countries as well as showcased our product and menu creations for media houses from around the world at Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre (QSNCC).
“Among the outstanding dishes invented is Khao Thua Luk Kai Yam Paktai Phak Ha Si (Southern-style chickpea rice salad with five vegetables), with chickpeas being rich in protein yet low in carbohydrates.” said by the Bangkok Post.
